The Federal Depository Library Program (FDLP) was established by Federal law (Title 44, U.S. Code, Section 19).  This library is a selective Federal Depository Library, receiving approximately 20% of available publications.  Selections are made to meet the needs our parent institutions, our community, and the people of our Fourth U.S. Congressional District.

We provide free, public access to:

  • Documents received through the Program and its partners
  • The FDLP Basic Collection
  • Librarian assistance, free of charge (see contact information, at right)
