Welcome!

This guide will show you how to use the library's online resources and how to get library materials sent to your class site.

This guide will also link you to article databases, e-books, the library's online catalog, government documents, videos and research assistance guides, along with some instructions on how to use them. Much is accessible electronically! You will also find information on how to get a library card and how to request free delivery of library materials.

Each of the tabs above has links to different topics such as finding books, finding articles, evaluating web sites. Just hold your cursor over a tab and the related topics will appear.

If you'd like to go straight to the Academic Library's home page please scroll down this page to the "General Information" box below and click on "Library Home Page".

Have a question? Don't hesitate to contact us at the Academic library at Arizona Western College.

Why use the library? See this short video from the Hartness Library at the Community College of Vermont highlighting the differences between library materials and the free web.
